Sizing

How do I pick a size?

Measure your dog nose to tail while they're stretched out flat, then add 6–12 inches. That's the minimum bed length. Full chart in the Size Guide.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Size up. Nobody has ever complained that a bed was too big. If it turns out wrong, we exchange sizes free.

Two dogs, one bed?

Add their weights together and go one size up from whatever that lands on. Dogs that share still both want an edge.

The bed itself

Is the cover removable?

Yes. The cover zips off completely and goes in the machine. The care label sewn into it has the temperature and cycle for that specific fabric — follow it and the cover will outlast your dog’s interest in destroying it.

Does the bed come with the cover, or is that extra?

It comes with the cover. One price, one box, nothing to assemble.

My dog runs hot. Will this work?

That's the reason this bed exists. Momo is a Samoyed who overheats in a cool room, and she was the first tester. Nothing gets into the range until she will actually lie on it — she settles the question by simply refusing anything that traps heat. If your dog runs hot the way she does, start with the cooling beds.

So does Latte. The bolstered edge gives him something to press against, and the fabric is chosen to survive the ritual.

Will it look like a dog bed in my living room?

That's the other reason it exists. No logos on the outside, no primary colors, no shape that announces itself.

Ordering & delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and standard delivery runs 8–15 business days, free on orders over $99. Beds ship direct from our production partner with import duties prepaid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Full details in the Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — United States only for now.

How does it arrive?

Compressed in one carton with the cover already on. Give the cushion 24–48 hours to fully expand before you judge the loft.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@momolatte.com within 2 hours and we'll do our best. After that it's in fulfillment — but you can always return it.

Returns

What’s the return policy?

30 days, carton unopened. Beds ship vacuum-compressed to a third of their finished size, and that only happens once, at the factory. Once the seal is broken the cushion expands and we can’t offer it to anyone else — so returns need the original carton still sealed. Email support@momolatte.com and we’ll take it from there. What if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Then the seal doesn’t matter at all. Open it, photograph it, and email support@momolatte.com within 14 days. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, and usually we won’t ask you to ship anything back.

What if I’m not sure about the size?

Ask us before you open the carton — this is the part we’re most useful for. Measure your dog stretched out flat on their side, nose to the base of the tail, and email that number plus their weight and how they sleep to support@momolatte.com. We’ll tell you which size, and we’ll tell you if none of ours fits. If you’ve already ordered and haven’t opened it, that’s an ordinary unopened return and we’ll swap it.
