These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Mōmō Latte. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Fabric colors may appear differently on different screens; we recommend judging color from more than one photograph. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4. Sizing and fit
Our Size Guide is a recommendation based on typical weight and body length for a given size. Dogs vary, and sleeping style affects fit as much as weight does. A bed that fits within our published dimensions is not defective because your dog prefers a different size. If the carton is still sealed we will exchange it under our Refund Policy; once a compressed bed has been opened it cannot be resold, so we ask you to settle sizing with us before you open it.
5. Intended use
Our beds are intended for indoor and covered outdoor use by dogs, as bedding. They are not chew toys, not crash-tested restraints, and not medical devices. Supervise your dog with any new object. Dogs that destroy bedding should not be left unsupervised with it.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any lawful reason. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
7. Shipping and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Mōmō Latte name and marks, product designs, photography, text, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Your content
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing, on our website, and on social media, with attribution to your handle or name where practical.
You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We may remove any content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe any intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to collect or track others' personal information, or to interfere with the security features of the site.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated by us, the products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mōmō Latte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mōmō Latte and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and changes take effect when posted.

Last updated: August 2026. Mōmō Latte currently operates through a Hong Kong registered entity. This section will be updated when our US operating entity is established. Have a US attorney review this document before you begin selling.
